Jonathan Jerkins
Jonathan Jerkins is the Senior Pastor of Karpos Family Ministry in Raleigh, NC. Pastor Jonathan has been in ministry over 25 years and has served in many areas of the ministry as he has grown in the Lord. He has a passion for studying the word and teaching the word so that others can know Christ, grow in Him, and become fruitful for the Kingdom of God.
Before accepting the call of Senior Pastor, he served as a children’s pastor, a men’s ministry leader and small group leader, a marriage ministry leader and pre-marital counselor, an Associate Pastor for over fifteen year and almost any other role in the church that needed someone to serve. He has the heart of a servant.
Pastor Jonathan is a husband to Alisa Jerkins, a father of three children and a Papa to five grandchildren. His favorite pastimes are family events and sports.

Pastor Alisa serves alongside Pastor Jonathan with a heart devoted to God and His Word. With over 20 years of ministry experience, she is passionate about seeing people grow, flourish, and walk in their God-given purpose. She is committed to cultivating spiritual fruitfulness in every season of life.
Karpos Family Ministry was birthed from her and her husband’s deep desire to serve God and help others thrive spiritually and personally. Since its inception, she has worked alongside Pastor Jonathan in the Outreach Ministry, serving the local community with compassion and love.
Throughout her ministry journey, Pastor Alisa has faithfully served in children’s ministry, altar care, women’s ministry, couples ministry, premarital counseling, prison ministry and prayer ministry. Her greatest passions are prayer, women’s ministry, and marriage ministry—areas where she loves to see lives changed by God’s presence.
She finds joy in experiencing the power of the Holy Spirit and cherishes time spent with her family, including her three adult children and five grandchildren. When she’s not ministering, she enjoys reading, shopping, and relaxing at the beach—her favorite place to reflect and recharge.
